All sales are final.
Due to the nature of personal-care products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Order issues & defects

If you received the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect with the product itself (not caused by transit or storage conditions), contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos: chris@kaitandchris.com If confirmed, we’ll provide a remedy at our discretion (e.g., replacement of the specific item). This does not include normal variations in handmade soap (color, cut, minor surface marks) or scent strength.

Melt, temperature, and carrier handling

Soap can soften or sweat if exposed to heat or humidity in transit. We are not responsible for carrier handling, delays, temperature exposure, or weather once an order is handed to USPS. Customers accept this risk when ordering, especially during summer months. Choose an expedited USPS service if you need faster transit.

If your parcel was lost, misdelivered, or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with USPS. We’re happy to provide documentation to support your claim.

Shipping addresses & delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Undeliverable or refused packages are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly and can’t be canceled once submitted.

Non-U.S. orders

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Legal

Nothing in this policy limits your rights where prohibited by law. Where required by applicable law, we will comply with mandatory consumer protections.
