Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Midland, Texas. We currently ship only within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on batch curing and product availability.

Carriers
We ship primarily with USPS. Once an order is transferred to USPS, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for delays, handling issues, or delivery conditions once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Heat and weather conditions
Soap is a natural product and may soften or sweat in high heat or humidity. Customers accept this risk, particularly during warmer months. We are not responsible for melted, softened, or otherwise weather-affected items in transit.

Delivery issues
If a package is lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We will provide any documentation needed to support your claim.

Shipping addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Undeliverable or refused shipments are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.

Local delivery
We offer limited local delivery within Midland, Texas city limits. Details and availability are provided at checkout. A minimum order may apply.

No international shipping
We do not ship outside of the United States.
